The Project to Create the Effortless Organization (CEO Project) is an evolutionary series of events designed to allow you to (finally!) see how to get more done with less effort ... and have a life in the process!

It brings together the wisdom of Human Relations expert Robert Kausen and the industry insights of Bill Marvin, The Restaurant Doctor to create a totally unique learning and leadership experience for hospitality operators ... indeed for anyone whose success depends on their ability to direct and inspire others.

The CEO Project is more a process than a program -- an evolutionary journey toward an ever-deeper understanding of people and what makes them tick.

This "inside out" process results in a shift of understanding of how productive people and highly efficient organizations function ... and that makes all the difference.

Once you see it for yourself, the understanding tends to "wear in" over time ... as opposed to intellectual concepts which tend to wear out.

Gaining this common sense understanding and making it part of your life comes from reflective learning through insight. As the understanding dawns, its elegant simplicity becomes clear and its applications appear obvious.

The CEO Project provides the direction and support to weave the principles of effortlessness into the fabric of your organization ... and your life.

There are three major components to the CEO learning process:

CEO Foundation Program
The introduction to this understanding is called the Foundation Program. This program is offered once a year in the summer and is the perfect opportunity for you ... and other key people from your organization ... to be introduced to the power of the principles that lead to Creating the Effortless Organization. It is also a prerequisite for all other activities in the CEO Project.

CEO Coaching Program
The Coaching Program is an implementation program to help Foundation graduates deepen their understanding of the principles that give the CEO Project its impact and assist them in putting these principles to practical use. The Coaching Program includes a monthly instructional teleconference where we address issues, concerns and questions raised by the group.

CEO Alumni Intensive
Once a year we offer an advanced level program where alumni can get away from the day-to-day and go deeper into the principles in a retreat-like setting. The subject matter for the Alumni Intensive is determined based on what we feel the Coaching Program members most need at the time.
