The Teleconference
The key to the CEO Coaching Program is the monthly instructional teleconference where we expand on the notions we first discussed in the Foundation Program. The topics for these instructional teleconferences address issues, concerns and questions raised by the group as we go along month to month, so the material will always be fresh and relevant to your needs.

For example, after the 2005 programs, several people asked how they could pass this information up the line to their superiors. If enough people are wondering how best to do something similar, we might devote the first half of a teleconference to presenting some ideas about it.

The last half of the teleconference will respond to specific questions from the group. Participants submit questions in advance and we select one or two based on the common threads. On the call, we work through the practical application of the issues in a one-on-one discussion with the individuals involved.

Whether or not your specific question is addressed, just listening can trigger those all-important insights. In addition, the way we handle the coaching discussion can provide a model of how you might approach similar issues in your own business.

The CEO teleconference calls are recorded, posted as an audio file on the Internet and sent to subscribers as an audio CD following the session. In addition, we set aside specific days when Coaching Program members can call in for individual consultation.

Coaching Program Perks
If you participate in the 2008-2009 Coaching Program, you can re-audit the 2009 Foundations Program -- at no charge -- if you register an additional person from your organization for that program.

In addition, as one of this year’s subscribers, you will qualify for a scholarship to the 2009 Alumni Intensive equal to your Coaching Program investment!

The Investment
After surveying the graduates, we set the monthly subscription for the CEO Coaching Program at $150 per company. We kept the investment modest to encourage more of your key people to participate in the CEO Project. Upon completing the Foundation Program, they will be able to participate in the monthly coaching sessions without any additional impact on your budgets.

The 2008-2009 CEO Coaching Program will run from July 2008 through May 2009.
